The Odesa region is entering a new phase in the creation of modern educational spaces as preparations for the specialized school continue.
Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Anton Shalyhaylo and Director of the Department of Education and Science Oleksandr Lonchak participated in a presentation of new approaches to the organization of educational spaces held in Kyiv with representatives from the government and educational community.
This event, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, aimed to discuss further cooperation regarding the arrangement of educational spaces, laboratories, and workshops in general and vocational education institutions, funded by state and local budgets.
The government has allocated nearly 500 million UAH for the modernization of specialized high school classrooms. The selection of project proposals for obtaining a subsidy in 2025 to create modern educational spaces has already been announced.
Well-equipped classrooms will facilitate the successful implementation of the high school reform, allowing students from 2027 to choose their learning profiles according to their interests and visions for the future.
