At Odesa port, with the involvement of specialists from the State Enterprise “AMPU” and the Odesa branch, the implementation of the innovative cargo transport management module DocPort has begun. This system allows for advance issuance of passes for drivers and facilitates their transmission in a convenient format, including via messenger applications. Any device with internet access is required to use the system.

The primary goal of DocPort is to reduce queues at the port entrance, minimize truck downtime, and enhance cargo processing efficiency. The system enables the storage of data regarding cargo, fleet management, preparation of entry documents, queue monitoring, and quick responses to unforeseen situations, such as vehicle breakdowns. The use of DocPort also minimizes paper usage and reduces bureaucratic procedures.

«In the context of war and the high demands on ports, we must ensure speed and maximum control over all logistics processes. DocPort allows us to mitigate risks and improve service quality for all market participants. We are systematically scaling this solution in key maritime ports of Ukraine: after Reni, Izmail, and Chornomorsk, the next logical step was Odesa, one of the most important logistics centers in the country. We believe that digital solutions should become the standard in the operation of the entire port system,» said the head of the State Enterprise «AMPU», Oleksandr Semyrha.

DocPort operates through a mechanism of “controlled entry”: drivers wait at designated areas where they can activate their passes. This ensures that only vehicles truly ready for entry receive active permits. All information is stored in a single database, so drivers and vehicles need to be registered only once, making this data available at all ports connected to the system.

The system was entirely developed by specialists from the State Enterprise “AMPU” and is free for all market participants, open for other companies involved in cargo processing.

«We are building an infrastructure that meets real challenges — military, economic, and logistical. The creation of digital tools like DocPort is an investment in the future competitiveness of Ukrainian ports, logistics efficiency, and process transparency,» emphasized Oleksandr Semyrha.
