According to the latest report, the voting on street names will take place from May 1 to July 1, 2025, on the official website of the Odessa City Council in the «Public Discussion» section of the «Socially Active Citizen» platform (citizen.omr.gov.ua). Real-time information about the discussion's progress will be available.

Only citizens registered in Odessa and aged 18 and above can participate. Each participant can vote for each proposed object separately by selecting «Yes» or «No». Additionally, participants can leave a comment explaining their position.

The updated list of street names under discussion includes the following proposals:

  • rename Chapayeva Street (Peresyp District) to Vyacheslav Kyrylov Street;
  • rename Kanatny Lane (Primorsky District) to Mihai Eminescu Lane;
  • name the park at the corner of Fontanska Road and Lesya Ukrainka Avenue — «Lesya Ukrainka Park»;
  • rename Serednya Street (Khadyzhebe District) to Oleksandr Svishch Street.
