Municipal employees from the «City Roads» in Odessa, following directives from local administrations, are actively engaged in removing illegally installed equipment that negatively impacts the street network's operational efficiency.

Since the beginning of 2025, 94 illegally installed units of 'juniparkers' and other equipment (such as bollards, chains, barriers, hemispheres, blocks, and speed bumps) have been dismantled in Odessa.

The specialists of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» are carrying out the removal of special equipment that hinders pedestrian and vehicle movement, as directed by the Odessa City Council.

By resolution of the Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council, the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» has been commissioned to dismantle unauthorized installations, including juniparkers, concrete blocks, barriers, stationary equipment, and other elements that impair the functional characteristics of public amenities.
