Starting from August 15, 2025, there will be temporary adjustments to the traffic flow at the intersection of 28th Brigade Street and Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue in Odesa.

Due to the temporary prohibition of vehicle movement on 28th Brigade Street (formerly known as Paustovskyi) at the intersection with Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue (formerly Dobrovolskyi), the Transportation Department of Odesa City Council is implementing temporary changes to the public transport routes.

From August 15 to 21, 2025 (or until the completion of the repair works), the following temporary changes will be made to the public transport routes:
          
Bus Route No. 165:

  • final stop towards 28th Brigade Street - Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
  • buses heading to Slobodka (Oncology Dispensary) will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.

Bus Route No. 190:

  • final stop towards 28th Brigade Street - Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
  • buses towards the railway station will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.

Bus Route No. 240:

  • final stop towards 28th Brigade Street - Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
  • buses heading to Preobrazhenska Street will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.

Bus Route No. 242:

  • final stop towards Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue - 28th Brigade Street, 11/3;
  • buses heading to OOMU (Watermen's Hospital) will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 130/1.
