On the night of July 23rd to 24th, a nine-story building on Olexandr Kutuzakia Street was critically damaged in an aggressive attack. The structures of the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the second entrance collapsed completely. Load-bearing walls, staircases, and ceilings were also affected.

A technical inspection of the building has been conducted, revealing it to be unstable due to gradual vertical sagging of the floors.

The emergency commission has declared the second entrance to be hazardous, with a risk of partial collapse. All residents have been evacuated and advised to temporarily stay with relatives, friends, or in municipal centers.

Until the building is stabilized, staying in it or conducting any work is dangerous for life. To prevent human casualties and property loss, round-the-clock security has been arranged for the site.
