Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, preventing it from spreading to other apartments.
Psychologists from the emergency service assisted the residents. During the firefighting efforts, three individuals, a cat, and a dog were rescued.
Preliminary reports indicate no casualties or injuries.
A total of 11 fire units and 46 firefighters were involved in the operation.
