The workers of the municipal enterprise «Service Center» ensure the proper condition of wells, ponds in Victory Park, mobile shelters, and city fountains throughout the year. In winter, when the fountains are dormant, specialists regularly carry out preventive measures to keep their equipment operational. 

Every day, around 165 specialists work on the streets of Odessa, taking care of cleaning assigned areas, mowing grass, washing monuments and fountain bowls, and performing necessary repairs.

The enterprise currently maintains 16 well complexes, 27 fountains, a hydraulic complex of ponds in Victory Park, 21 public toilets adapted for people with disabilities, 45 monuments of monumental art, 4 landscaping elements at the entrances to the city of Odessa, 149 fire ponds, a panoramic elevator located on Primorsky Boulevard, 92 civil defense shelters, and 6 mobile shelters.
