On August 24, a festive concert took place on the main street of Odessa, Deribasivska, in honor of Ukraine's Independence Day.

The event showcased traditional Ukrainian folk songs, contemporary hits, English-language compositions, and even rock influences.

This musical variety symbolized Ukraine's openness to the world, its dialogue with other cultures, and a pride in its own traditions. True independence lies in the ability to preserve one's identity while freely interacting with the global community.

The concert featured the Black Sea Orchestra of the Odessa Municipal Music Theater, conducted by Olesya Pistova, along with soloists: Anastasia Buinitska, Yulia Borza, Tetiana Ihnatenko, and Aliya Digulyar.

Other participants included the Odessa City Center for Choreographic Arts (led by Yukhym Kogan), the Military Academy Concert Orchestra (conducted by Yaroslav Meda; soloists: Anna Haluzinska, Alexander Nesterenko, Alexey Havrylyak), and Nana Kritsak Band.
