Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov visited a residential complex on Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 32, at the invitation of the residents of the HOA "White House".

On September 30, 2025, the parking lot of the residential complex was completely flooded, damaging the electrical, water supply, heating systems, and the fire safety system of the 24-story building.

Thanks to the efforts of energy workers, the mayor managed to temporarily restore electricity to the building while the essential systems are being repaired.

"We are grateful to the construction company 'Stikon' for stepping in and purchasing electrical equipment for us. Pumps are being installed to ensure water supply to the upper floors. I am assured, and I sincerely hope that by Thursday water will return to the residents. However, the complete restoration of heating and fire safety systems will take more time," said the mayor.

This complex was damaged during an enemy attack in February of this year, with a children's clinic and kindergarten also being destroyed. Currently, the projects for the restoration of these two facilities are undergoing examination. The demolition of the kindergarten is underway, and a new facility is planned to be built in its place.
