The MISTO application, implemented in Odesa, has secured a top position among four best apps out of 11 regional centers in Ukraine, where essential urban services are consolidated into one solution.
This conclusion is drawn from a new report by the «Transparent Cities» program, which in 2025 evaluates the readiness of Ukrainian municipalities for integration with the European Union, focusing on the development of e-services.
The study showcased how this approach is effectively realized in practice.
It is particularly noteworthy that by December 2025, the official website of the Odesa City Council prominently features a link to the app, which is part of the official digital communication with residents. This integration ensures fast and convenient access to urban services.
Today, Ukrainian cities have established a solid digital foundation. Online platforms, mobile applications, and interactive services have become integral to urban infrastructure. At the same time, a key factor for further development is not just the number of digital solutions but the ease of access and user-friendliness for residents.
European practices in digital governance emphasize the importance of not only creating electronic services but also providing simple and logical access to them in one place. The principle of a «single entry point» enables cities to shift from individual digital solutions to comprehensive service ecosystems that cater to the needs of the community.
The MISTO platform supports the implementation of this approach, helping cities systematically integrate digital services and create a clear and user-friendly experience focused on the daily needs of the community.
