Throughout September, educational establishments in the municipal ownership of the Odesa community implemented a series of activities as part of the nationwide mental health initiative 'How are you?'.

The events were aimed at enhancing the psychological well-being of all participants in the educational process.

Specifically, a thematic mental health week titled 'To live meaningfully in the world, we must be friends, children!' was organized for students, including psychological breaks, emotional exercises, quests 'With a smile to the Land of Knowledge', and sessions on 'How to overcome fear during air alerts'. Children learned techniques for reducing psychological stress and overcoming anxiety.

A competition of social videos 'The Meaning of Life and My Place in It', dance flash mobs within the framework of 'Olympic Week', training sessions, and discussions were also held for schoolchildren.

Teachers participated in roundtables on 'What is mental health and how to maintain it?', meetings with psychologists on 'Children's mental health during the war', sessions under the 'Safe Space' program, seminars, and lectures. During these events, approaches to supporting students during this challenging period were discussed.

Consultations and practical sessions to support children during the war were also conducted for parents.

Additionally, school-wide events took place, where informational stands with QR codes of the 'How are you?' program were placed in accessible locations.

To support mental health, reduce stress, and foster resilience and self-esteem, school campaigns 'Mood Smile', 'Hugs', psychological online classes, and individual consultations for all participants of the educational process were organized.
