On December 5, 2024, Odessa will host the conference «Odessa - A City for Everyone».
The goal of the event is to foster collaboration between local authorities and businesses for advancing an accessible environment in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
This pressing issue has been identified by the National Tourism Organization of Ukraine as a key focus for 2024. Despite the challenges posed by wartime, Odessa continues to welcome both domestic and international tourists, making it essential to enhance infrastructure accessibility and inclusivity in tourism.
The special guest of the forum will be Oleksandr Budko (call sign Teren), a Ukrainian military veteran and public figure who lost both legs during the 2022 counteroffensive but remains actively engaged in advocating for veterans' rights and inclusion. He is a medalist of the «Invictus Games - 2023» in swimming and the author of the autobiographical novel «The Story of a Stubborn Man».
We invite representatives from hotels, restaurants, museums, theaters, medical institutions, and tour guides, as well as anyone interested in fostering an inclusive environment.
