Due to the organization of the traditional cycling event «Utochkin Memorial» on April 13 in Odesa, traffic will be restricted.

This was announced by the Odesa City Council.

From 08:30 to 12:00, entry to Marazliyevskaya Street will be prohibited — on the section from Dmytro Lesych Avenue (formerly Baryatynskyi) to Troitska Street.

The restrictions do not apply to special vehicles or cars participating in the competition.
