The Ukrainian championship in billiards, specifically in the ‘Dynamic Pyramid’ discipline, has kicked off in Odesa. The competition sees both young and seasoned players from 12 different regions, totaling 59 participants, with the youngest born in 2015.

After a five-year hiatus, the tournament has made its return to Odesa.

"I am pleased to see Odesa revitalizing the billiards sport. It is a beautiful and intellectual game. I especially want to thank the organizers – despite the ongoing conflict, we are creating opportunities for children to participate in competitions of various levels," stated Odesa's Mayor, Gennadiy Trukhanov.

The mayor extended his best wishes to the competitors for success and to the fans for thrilling matches.
