The registration for «Women in Leadership: Digital Transformation of Public Sector» program is now open. This course is designed for women who wish to play a significant role in the digital evolution of public services.
The program consists of 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. It includes interactive lectures, case study analyses, and practical workshops that will empower participants to deepen their expertise, assess risks, and implement effective solutions in digital transformation.
This course targets women professionals with experience in the digitalization of public services who aim to develop management skills, strategic thinking, and effective solution implementation.
Duration of the training: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women working in government executive bodies or related institutions.
Candidates with a higher education degree and at least 2 years of professional experience.
Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at either the central or regional level.
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
Registration deadline is April 28.
