New Horizons: Anna Docheva Takes the Helm of Odesa Film Studio

Anna Docheva has been appointed as the acting chairperson of the board of Odesa Film Studio, succeeding Andriy Osipov, who led the studio since 2016 and was recently appointed head of the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema.

Anna has been with the studio since 2018 and has led its subsidiary, Odesa Film Production LLC, for the past five years. Among her produced projects are the feature films "Unreal Cops", "Why I Am Alive", and "Two Truths", alongside several short films and YouTube projects.

Starting in 2024, Anna will also be a board member of the Odesa branch of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine. She is part of the organizing committee for the annual short film competition named after Kira Muratova, "Short Meetings", coordinates the award "Legends of Odesa Film Studio", and is part of the direction for the Ukrainian National Film Festival "Cinema for Victory".
