On the evening of March 1, the city of Odesa faced another attack. At 5:44 PM, air raid sirens sounded, and just three minutes later, an explosion was heard. This was reported by the regional military administration.

It is known that the attack damaged port infrastructure and a civilian vessel flying the flag of Panama, owned by a European company. Two port workers were injured.

«All relevant services are working to address the aftermath, and medical personnel are providing necessary aid to the victims,» said the head of the regional administration, Oleg Kiper.
