On the evening of April 21, 2025, Odessa was targeted in a significant attack by hostile drones on a densely populated area of the city.

The assault damaged residential buildings, vital infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. Reports indicate there are casualties.

Local authorities, emergency services, and utility workers quickly arrived at the scene.

Operational headquarters have been established at the following addresses: Inglessi St., 16 and Heroes of Krut St., 23/25. An additional headquarters is located at the Hadzhibey District Administration building on Yevgen Tantsiury St., 22.

District administration staff, along with utility services, are accepting requests for material assistance and providing information on the documentation required for its processing.

Residents of the damaged buildings can also seek help and guidance from the Hadzhibey District Administration at the following numbers: (048) 752 96 16, (048) 752 96 17.

Under the coordination of Odessa's city council advisor Veronika Etnarovych, assistance points have been set up on-site by various charitable and public organizations, including: "April 10" supported by UNHCR, the Red Cross, World Central Kitchen, and "Winds of Change".
