For the first time, the enemy has deployed guided bombs against civilian targets in Odesa. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
During today's aerial assault, the Russian army utilized guided air bombs on our region's civilian infrastructure for the first time.
This presents a new serious threat to Odesa. Such attacks pose enormous risks to people and can cause substantial damage.
