On the night of November 12, Odesa faced another attack that damaged a high-rise residential building. This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa regional administration, via Telegram.
According to him, "the enemy struck Odesa again. In the Peresyp district of the city, a multi-storey residential building suffered damage. A fire broke out on the upper floors of the building, which is still under construction. The fire covered a small area and extinguished itself".
Kiper emphasized that there were no reports of casualties or injuries.
In several locations in Odesa and its vicinity, debris from Russian strike drones shot down on November 11 was recorded.
