The municipal enterprise «Housing Utility Service «Cheryomushki» has undertaken various repair and maintenance tasks in its buildings in 2024.

Upon residents' requests, the following improvements have been made: roof repairs covering 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of gutters for 60 linear meters; renovation of one entrance; replacement of central heating pipes for 234 linear meters; repairs to cold water supply pipes for 188 linear meters; storm drainage repairs for 20 meters; electrical network repairs for 880 linear meters; and current sewer system repairs for 500 linear meters.

Additionally, in response to the aftermath of enemy attacks, glazing of entrance areas in apartment buildings covering 50 sq.m has been completed.

Moreover, the enterprise’s staff cleans the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day, including sweeping yards, emptying trash bins, cleaning up litter, and washing garbage containers.

The workers also mow the grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and maintain flower beds and lawns around the buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up events and eliminate illegal dumps as well as the aftermath of enemy attacks.
