In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Service «Peresypsky» undertook numerous renovation works aimed at improving living conditions in the buildings under its management.
A total of 764 requests from residents were processed.
As per residents' requests, the specialists of the enterprise performed the following works: repair of centralized heating systems – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipes – 76 linear meters; replacement of sewage pipes – 54 linear meters; replacement of cold water supply pipes – 132 linear meters; replacement of storm drainage pipes – 20 linear meters; roof repairs – slate – 59 sq.m and soft – 270 sq.m; cleaning of basements – 1979 sq.m; cleaning of attics – 1977 sq.m; repair of electrical panels – 8 units; replacement of light fixtures – 8 units; repair of the entrance – 1 building. Additionally, disinfection was conducted in 7 buildings and deratization in 2 buildings. The grass in green zones covering a total area of 7.2 hectares was mowed. Two illegal dumps were eliminated.
The staff participated in 9 operations to eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling. 125 linear meters of windows were sealed with film.
Moreover, the janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories every day. Cleaning operations are conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, cleaning up litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
Municipal workers also mow grass, trim trees, remove fallen leaves, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they serve. If necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of enemy attacks.
