The online ticket sales service of Ukrzaliznytsia is operating smoothly.

"We have successfully transitioned to a new platform, implemented protective measures, and are actively working on new functionalities," the statement reads.

The company also reported that the mobile app has restored the ability to plan trips with transfers.

Throughout the day, the online displays with train timetables at stations will be gradually restored.

"There are no queues at the ticket counters at the stations," the company added.

On March 23, Ukrzaliznytsia was subjected to a massive cyberattack, causing nearly all online services to cease functioning.

On March 27, the online ticket sales system was restored in a backup format, allowing for the purchase of new tickets and their refunds.
