On April 11, the International Cultural Center «Union» celebrated a significant milestone – the 50th anniversary of Odesa Art School No. 12!

Over the years, the school has become a hub of creativity, inspiration, and professional development. New departments and groups have been established, including the vocal ensemble Anima, a folk instrument orchestra, mixed vocal-instrumental ensembles, a guitar ensemble, the Gloria dance group, and the children’s theater troupe «Dzherele», which has been awarded the title of «Exemplary» for the third consecutive year.

For half a century, the school's teachers have opened the world of art to children and youth, nurturing new talents and enriching the cultural life of our city. Students have repeatedly become scholarship holders of the Odesa Mayor, winners of national and international competitions, bringing fame to the school. Hundreds of graduates have successfully made their mark in the art world. The teachers are true masters of their craft, tirelessly passing on their knowledge and passion for creativity to new generations.

To mark the anniversary, a festive concert took place, featuring both young talents and their instructors.

During the concert, a ceremonial awards presentation was held for teachers who have made significant contributions to the school's development. The school received congratulations from friends, art schools, libraries, and Odesa Lyceum No. 5.

An exhibition of artistic works reflecting the creative journey of the students was also presented.
