On Sunday, May 4, 2025, Odessa will host the Ukraine Triathlon Championship (duathlon) for veterans in sports. As a result, access to one of the central streets will be temporarily restricted.

According to the Odessa City Council, the event, organized by the Odessa Regional Triathlon Federation and the Southern Triathlon League, will take place from 07:00 to 12:00.

The competition will follow these routes:

  • cycling stage (20 km): Mrazliivska St. corner of Sabansky Lane – "Chornomorets" Stadium (Shevchenko Park) – Dmytro Lesych Lane (formerly Baryatynsky) – Mrazliivska St. – Troitska St. – Mrazliivska St. corner of Sabansky Lane;
  • running stage (2.5 km, 5 km): alleys of Shevchenko Park.

Due to the triathlon taking place tomorrow, from 07:45 to 10:00, vehicle access to Mrazliivska St. (from Dmytro Lesych Lane (formerly Baryatynsky) to Troitska St.) will be temporarily restricted, except for special transport and motorcycles involved in the organization of the event.
