Dear residents, we would like to inform you that the administration of the Odessa seaport is currently undergoing repairs on the transport bridge. These works necessitate temporary alterations in traffic organization.
The mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, announced this.
From August 18 to September 1, Gazovy Lane will be temporarily closed — specifically within the Primorska Street area. To prevent traffic jams, we permit transport movement on Primorska towards Chornomorsky Kozak, which was previously closed.
Moreover, we are modifying the traffic scheme on Odariya Street — a two-way traffic system will be implemented to allow drivers to bypass the closure conveniently.
From August 11 to December 31, freight vehicles will be allowed to drive on Primorska Street — from Chornomorsky Kozak to Viskovyi Uzvoz. We will create a dedicated lane for trucks turning into the port to ensure the smooth flow of other vehicles.
To avoid congestion, the AMPU will implement a dispatching system that will enhance traffic coordination and prevent blockages.
Regarding public transport: trolleybus No. 10 and buses No. 110 and 190 will operate without changes. Alternative routes No. 105, 121, 145, 146, 168, 240, 242, and 250 will revert to regular schedules due to the resumption of traffic on Vitaliy Blazhko's slope.
We understand that changes in road arrangements can be inconvenient. However, with coordinated efforts and a clear plan, these modifications will be short-term and manageable.
