The Odessa City Council informs that modern inclusive self-service information kiosks have been installed in all city administrative service centers.
The main goal of implementing these kiosks is to ensure equal opportunities for all citizens and create barrier-free access to administrative services. This new equipment is especially crucial for individuals with disabilities who use wheelchairs, as well as for visitors with visual impairments.
With the help of these information kiosks, users can:
- schedule an appointment;
- leave feedback about the services received;
- access the “Diia” portal and the Unified State Web Portal of electronic services.
- The kiosks’ interface is simple and user-friendly, adapted for wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments.
This marks another step toward digitization and enhancing accessibility to administrative services for all segments of the population.
