In December 2023, just before the festive season, the cultural center «UNION» hosted the launch of a new artistic project titled «Odesa. U-Next».

As part of the «Odesa. U-Next» initiative, a memorandum was signed between the Odesa City Council and the Odesa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, enabling gifted children to perform on the city's main theater stages.

«Today, we are likely to discover future stars of the Odesa Opera, and the children will gain invaluable experience performing on a grand stage before discerning audiences,» stated Odesa's Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.

The mayor encouraged the young performers to keep striving for excellence, pursue new heights, and realize their dreams.
