On December 1, 2024, Art School No. 6 celebrated its 50th anniversary.

The celebration featured a festive concert where young musicians showcased their skills on the piano, guitar, violin, bandura, as well as vocal, choral, and dance performances, highlighting all aspects of the school's work.

Teachers from the school received awards from the Mayor of Odessa and the Department of Culture, International Cooperation and European Integration.

“Art unites us all. Teachers help students master the arts, and students demonstrate their talents, bringing honor to the school and Odessa. A great thanks to the parents who support their children in engaging with the arts,” noted Lyudmila Kryzhalko, Deputy Director.

Since its inception in 1974, the school has produced many talented musicians. Currently, 45 teachers are educating 385 students across various departments.

Students from the school are participants and laureates of numerous concerts, competitions, and festivals, including international ones: Simfonia Krakowska, Piano-music, “Musical Wave,” Polska wiosna, Inter Ego, and others.
