Representatives of the French Development Agency (AFD) made a working visit to City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Odessa.

As part of the signed cooperation memorandum, Odessa's mayor Gennady Trukhanov announced the opening of a Mental Health Center. This center will operate closely with the rehabilitation center currently being established at the hospital.

The French partners reviewed the progress of the preparatory work and discussed the next steps for developing and equipping the Center.
