Odesa and Denmark are in talks about creating new housing projects for individuals who have been forced to leave their homes. Odesa's Deputy Mayor, Anna Pozdnyakova, met with Mr. Anders Johansson from the Danish company Vaekstkapital Group to discuss the feasibility of new housing.

«Denmark is actively supporting the recovery of the Ukrainian economy, and we recognize the necessity of providing people in Odesa with reliable and affordable housing. We are interested in seeing more of such projects»,   - emphasized Anders Johansson.

«We are exploring two potential locations in the city for social housing construction. These initiatives are critically important for Odesa, especially in terms of integrating displaced individuals into the community and our shared responsibility towards those who have lost their homes due to conflict»,  - added Anna Pozdnyakova.

The parties are coordinating the next steps for the swift implementation of the project.
