Under the guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office, a neurologist from a private clinic in Odessa has been caught and charged with accepting a bribe for influencing decisions made by state officials (Part 3, Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the doctor promised a serviceman that, for a fee, she could arrange his discharge from service due to health issues. She claimed she could influence the military medical commission and create the necessary medical history to continue his inpatient treatment.

She was apprehended in her office while receiving the first part of the bribe.
The investigation is determining the full range of participants involved in this illegal scheme.
Pre-trial investigation is conducted by the SV OROP No. 1 of the National Police in Odessa region, with operational support from the Odessa Department of the National Police's DWB.
