Artistic gymnastics holds a special place among young girls in Odesa. Coaches from the Complex Children and Youth Sports Schools No. 1, No. 5, and the Specialized Children and Youth Olympic Reserve Sports School "Chornomorets" nurture grace and flexibility from an early age.

Currently, over 330 students from these institutions are involved in artistic gymnastics, with many achieving remarkable results in competitions.

Recently, Odesa athletes participated in the National Tournament of Artistic Gymnastics "Crimson Autumn," held from October 18-20 in Odesa, honoring coach L. V. Luk'yanchuk.

In the masters' program, Angelina Zhdanova from "Chornomorets" and Valeria Kyrylova and Yulia Bondarchuk from Sports School No. 5 took first place in their age categories.

The team from Sports School No. 5 also won 1 gold and 2 silver medals in group exercises, while the "Chornomorets" team secured one gold award.

The athletes were prepared by coaches Angela Vasylenko and Yana Chupryna.

Over 350 athletes from Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa participated in the tournament, competing in 5 categories.
