From August 10 to 17, a significant shooting championship for athletes born in 2002 and younger took place in Vinnytsia.

The Odessa region was represented by athletes from the Comprehensive Children's and Youth Sports School No. 3 and the regional shooting sports school.

In the men's prone position 50-meter small-bore rifle event, the champion was Ivan Tkalenko (regional shooting school), and Ilya Ananiev (Children's Sports School No. 3) took home the bronze medal.

In the MG-5 event (shooting from three positions), Ivan Tkalenko earned a silver medal, while the team consisting of Ivan Tkalenko, Danilo Ananiev, and Yegor Mozusenko secured bronze medals.

In the women's prone position 50-meter small-bore rifle competition, the Odessa team, including Ksenia Gerasimova (Children's Sports School No. 3), Olga Rudik, and Kateryna Nikonenko (regional shooting school), claimed bronze medals.

The athletes were trained by coaches Olga Chikalova (Children's Sports School No. 3) and Svitlana Skachko (regional shooting school).
