The municipal enterprise «Zhitlovokomunalny Service «Vuzivskyi» has undertaken extensive repair works on structural elements and engineering networks in its buildings in 2024. 

At the request of the residents, the specialists of KP «ZKS «Vuzivskyi» completed the following repair works: roof repairs covering 2640 sq. m; repairs of drainage pipes – 280 linear meters; replacement of 50 window blocks in elevator machine rooms and stairwells; repairs of elevator machine rooms and stairwells – 2920 sq. m; facade repairs – 1764 sq. m; heating system repairs – 480 linear meters; cold water supply system repairs – 432 linear meters; sewage system repairs – 528 linear meters; electrical supply system repairs – 623 linear meters; replacement of 329 light fixtures in the buildings. 

Additionally, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning is conducted twice daily (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting random litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).

The municipal workers also engage in grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and caring for flower beds and lawns near the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide clean-up events as needed, addressing illegal dumps and the aftermath of hostile attacks.
